If you're using an NVIDIA card open the NVIDIA Control Panel, use the menu search bar ff you don't have an icon for it. Manage 3D setting> Program Settings> Skyrim Special Edition> Max Framerate> Set it at 144. The engine can handle more than 60fps fine.

Game runs great on my PC. Running at 1440 with everything cranked to ultra and the game looks amazing and runs at a consistent 50-60fps. I mean I can get my 3070 running everything on ultra at 60fps in 1080.

Will RTX 3050 run Starfield : Everyone says the RTX 30 50 is bad, so we put it to the test. and in Starfield we tried a bunch of different settings, starting with 14 40 p with no upscaling we got 52 fps. Then we went to high settings with no upscaling and we got like 44 fps.

It's pretty visible to me on both competitive and casual games. Imo, I feel that it's more visible when you use a mouse. Not only you can see the difference, but also feel it as you drag your mouse. As for using a controller, I feel the difference it pretty minimal.60 Hz screen refreshes itself 60 times per second. You can run 90 fps on 60 Hz display, but the quality will be worse and you'll use more processing power.
