Leonardo decapitates
By the end of the battle, Leonardo decapitates The Shredder when they strike each other in one final clash. Not knowing that he is an Utrom, the Turtles believe him to be finally killed for good.He donned a slightly variant version of the armor and pretended to be the Shredder to get the advantage on his pursuers. He succeeded in defeating them and was then accepted into, and given control of, the New York faction of the Foot Clan for a brief time.As Super Shredder, Saki went onto kill his nemesis once and for all, finally obtaining his long awaited vengeance. However, he would be confronted by the Turtles and while he swatted aside the others and fight Leonardo who engaged him in a fierce battle, which ended with Shredder meeting his end at the turtles' hand.
Who killed Master Splinter : Shredder
He is once again killed by Shredder during a battle when Super Shredder impales him with his mutated claws and throws him off a rooftop. Splinter is buried at the O'Neil farmhouse. His spirit still gives his sons advice.
Who killed Raphael in Ninja turtles
A life cut tragically short, Raphael died, as he was born on Good Friday. The official record would ascribe his death to a fever, but Vasari tells us the fever was brought on by a day-long bout of love-making with his mistress.
Can Raphael beat Shredder : Immense Strength: Enhanced by the Mutagen and extremely tough body building regimen,Raphael has immense strength, superior to his brothers in terms of brute strength alone. He could hold his own against Shredder and could counter his armor superhumanly enhanced physical attacks.
Since Raph had to look out for himself during his formative years, he usually goes off by himself whenever he's stressed, overwhelmed, or has a problem he needs to solve. This also explains his short temper, and his near-constant internal rage.

Which turtle becomes Shredder
The Shredder (シュレッダー Shureddā) is the archenemy of Splinter and the Ninja Turtles in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise and typically serves as the main antagonist of the franchise, often wielding tekkō-kagi and sharing the identity of Oroku Saki.In the original Last Ronin series, Michelangelo took on the titular role as he became the last surviving member of his family, as Donatello, Rafael, Leonardo, and Master Splinter were all killed by the Foot Clan.Splinter is widely believed to be the good and wise leader of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, whose teachings have led the Turtles to greatness, but while he may have raised heroes, Splinter is all too aware that he'll never escape his villainous past.
Donatello was seemingly killed at the end of issue #44 when Leonardo, Raphael and Michelangelo were on a mission to stop Krang from transforming the Earth using an alien device called the "Technodrome". Donatello was left at the home base, and while the others were away, he was attacked by Bebop and Rocksteady.
Who killed Raph : Enraged, Raphael stormed out of the apartment and fought through a scrum of Foot Ninja and reached a duel with their leader Karai. Raphael grabbed her and suplexed her off of a dock, putting them both into the water. As Raphael stabbed her in the back with his sai, Karai stabbed him in the throat with a katar.
Who’s stronger, Leo or Raph : Leonardo is the polar opposite of Raphael in terms of their fighting styles. He is much less powerful than Raphael, but he makes up for that in other ways. He has a reputation for being the most disciplined member of the team which is why Leonardo is traditionally the team's leader.

Leonardo literally admits that Raphael is the strongest member of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but even if he didn't say it, it's a bit obvious that he always felt that way. Leonardo and Raphael are always butting heads, as Raph's hot-headedness clashes with Leo's rigid and structured way of thinking.
Who is Shredder son : Shredder, real name Oroku Saki, did not have a son canonically in the comics but he did had a grandson in an alternate universe; a future TMNT series called The Last Ronin and his name is Oroku Hiroto.
