Is there going to be a part 3 of Last of Us?
We take a look! A rumor that is no longer a rumor… Following the success of the series on HBO and the remastered versions on PS5, The Last of Us Part III has now been officially announced, and more precisely, is in development. The announcement was made by Neil Druckmann, one of the masterminds behind Naughty Dog.Naughty DogThe Last of Us / DeveloperAnd for now years I haven't been able to find that concept uh. But recently that's changed. And um I don't have a story. But I do have that concept that to me is as exciting as one as exciting as two.

How did Last of Us Part 2 end : But Part 2 ends with Ellie deciding to pursue Abby, and continue killing on the path to get there, having spent the whole game killing with the single-minded goal of finally slaying Abby herself. Once she finds her though, Ellie lets her go. There is no clean cut right or wrong moment here.

Will Last of Us Part 3 have Ellie

It's safe to assume Ellie would return, though I doubt most people predicted a second Last of Us game would largely be without Joel, so who knows. A larger question would be if Abby would return after the events of the second game, or if her part in the story is over.

Why did Ellie let Abby live : The image of Joel flashing across the screen which prompts Ellie to let Abby live suggests Ellie will take a similar tack with Abby. Her killing Joel is unforgivable, just as Joel killing the Fireflies is. Perhaps forgiveness for both is impossible, but Ellie is going to try anyway.

The finale implies Ellie's immunity is linked to Anna's bite on her inner thigh, corroborating a fan theory that Ellie's built-in protection against the cordyceps outbreak was the result of her mother somehow getting bitten before childbirth.

JJ [fn 1] is a minor character in The Last of Us Part II. He is the son of Dina and Jesse and Ellie's adopted son.

Who kills Joel in Last of Us 2

Abby

In the video game's sequel, “The Last of Us Part II,” Joel is shockingly murdered in the first act of the game by Abby, the daughter of the Firefly surgeon Joel killed in order to let Ellie live. Joel's death sets Ellie up on a mission of revenge against Abby. While not related by blood, Joel is the closet thing Ellie has ever had to a parent, let alone a father. Marlene, as much as she loved Ellie and tried to take care of her, was unable to take a parental role due to her responsibilities as a Firefly.Ellie Thought Of Joel During TLOU 2's Ending

Through that, not only did Ellie realize that this wasn't going to bring back Joel (or honor his memory), but that it would only be contributing to the cycle of violence. Allowing Abby to live in TLOU 2's ending was symbolic of her finally letting go.

Later in the episode, Ellie's mother's name is revealed to be Anna, when her lifelong friend Marlene (Merle Dandridge, who voiced the same character in the game) finds Anna in the farmhouse's nursery.

Can Ellie infect others : Ellie Almost Certainly Cannot Infect Others In The Last Of Us. While the end result of what would occur from a group of people eating Ellie – as was threatened in The Last of Us episode 8 – is unclear, there are some hints from The Last of Us Part II surrounding Ellie's immunity and how it works.

Can Ellie cure the virus : Sadly, Ellie's immunity isn't the only thing that isn't a cure. Throughout The Last of Us and The Last of Us Part II, a cure for the Cordyceps brain infection is never found, with no new possibilities popping up in the sequel.

Who is Ellie in love with

Dina

The cast for The Last of Us season 2 is getting stacked! The latest addition to the cast of season 2 of the hit sci-fi series is Isabela Merced, who has been cast as Dina, a young woman who becomes romantic partners with the main character, Ellie.

While Abby does not presumably regret killing Joel, it becomes increasingly clear to her by now that it did nothing for her except distance her from Owen and Mel — also unaware at this point about Ellie killing her other friends.Ellie finds them but is assaulted and watches helplessly as Abby beats Joel to death with a golf club; it is later revealed that Abby's father was the lead Firefly surgeon killed by Joel while saving Ellie, and that Abby and her group had sought revenge on him ever since.

Did Ellie really love Joel : Yes. Ellie looked at Joel like the father she never had and always wanted, and Joel felt like Ellie was a second daughter to him (or in a much, much worse way of saying it, a replacement for Sarah, his biological daughter that died in the beginning of the outbreak).
