Although, Master Splinter did get the chance to be human again in the episode "Splinter No More", but realizes he prefers being with the turtles and had no place as a human anymore.

So depending on the version he can be 20 to 50 years old.All in all, Shredder is just a broken man who never got over his hatred of the Hamato Clan and envy of his brother, becoming focused solely on the latter, driving everything else in his life away in his pursuit of revenge to the point where he is no longer sympathetic, and had ultimately brought his own doom to himself …After mutation medications to his injuries and his ego getting worse, he became a mutation of a monster and he eventually killed Splinter. By the finale, Leo manages to slaughter Shredder.

Does Mikey have ADHD
Later in an episode, he says that Mikey has his "challenges" too. And even if Mikey can give his brothers grief, they will always care and love him and have his back. It is heavily implied that this version of Mikey has some form of ADHD. And, it was even stated in his original bio, confirming it.
Leonardo literally admits that Raphael is the strongest member of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but even if he didn't say it, it's a bit obvious that he always felt that way. Leonardo and Raphael are always butting heads, as Raph's hot-headedness clashes with Leo's rigid and structured way of thinking.
