Is hxh appropriate for 11 year olds : There are many disturbing and scary scenes in later episodes of the series, especially the Chimera Ant arc, and a lot of complex writing that kids younger than 14 might not fully comprehend. Overall, I highly recommend it, but be aware this show is FAR darker than the cover might suggest.
