Can I use British stamps in Europe : UK postage stamps don't discriminate between European or Worldwide, they just come in money values. Postoffices will sell you 68p stamps (Sea Green colour), or will print a postage paid label and stick it on for you if you are posting the card there and then.

If you need stamps, the easiest option is to buy them at the post office (pošta). It is easily identified by the yellow and blue logo (yellow postman's trumpet against a blue background). Opening hours : Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Are Europe stamps still valid : All non-value indicated 'E' Stamps, Europe and Worldwide stamps are now worth the same value (£2.50) regardless what weight it says on the stamp. They can all be used on letters up to 100 grams. Royal Mail have confirmed that the 'E' stamps and Europe/Worldwide Post & Go stamps remain 100% valid for postal use.
